Project Rules

These Rules apply to all users of AORY.TOP and its subdomains (the "Site"). By registering or using the Site you agree to these Rules. The Rules complement the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1. General provisions

  • 1.1. The Rules are binding for all users, including server owners and advertisers. Not knowing the Rules does not release you from responsibility for breaking them.
  • 1.2. The Administration may change the Rules. The new version takes effect once published on this page.
  • 1.3. If a situation is not directly covered by the Rules, the Administration decides based on their spirit and the interests of fair players and server owners.

2. Account

  • 2.1. You are responsible for all actions taken from your account and for keeping your password safe. Transferring, selling or renting out an account is prohibited.
  • 2.2. Creating multiple accounts to boost votes or to bypass a ban or Site limits is prohibited.
  • 2.3. Usernames and avatars must not contain insults, profanity, advertising or other people's personal data, and must not impersonate the Administration or Site staff.
  • 2.4. You must use a valid email address that you have access to.

3. Voting

  • 3.1. One user — one vote per calendar day (Moscow time) for any one server. One nickname gets one counted vote per server per day.
  • 3.2. Vote boosting is prohibited: bots and scripts, captcha automation, multi-accounting, proxy and VPN farms, mass registrations, buying, selling or trading votes.
  • 3.3. Server owners must not organize vote boosting, including rewarding votes from multiple accounts of one player or paying third parties for votes.
  • 3.4. You cannot vote for your own server. Rewarding players for honest votes on the server website is allowed.
  • 3.5. In case of boosting, the Administration may cancel votes, reset the server rating for the current month, unpublish the server and ban the accounts involved.

4. Reviews and comments

  • 4.1. A review must describe your own experience on the server. One review per server per user.
  • 4.2. Insults, threats, profanity, discrimination, spam, flooding, advertising and links to other projects are prohibited.
  • 4.3. Publishing other people's personal data, private correspondence without consent, or unlawful content is prohibited.
  • 4.4. Paid or fake reviews are prohibited: owners and their team must not review their own server, and competitors must not post knowingly false reviews.
  • 4.5. Reviews, comments and owner replies are published after moderation. A moderator may reject or hide a publication, stating the reason.

5. Listing servers

  • 5.1. Server and world details (name, description, version, rates, type, launch date) must be accurate and match the game section.
  • 5.2. The server website must be available over HTTPS, and social links must lead to the project's official pages.
  • 5.3. One project is listed as one server. Duplicates of the same project and listing someone else's server without its administration's consent are prohibited.
  • 5.4. Listing servers and websites that distribute malware, phishing, scams, stolen accounts or other unlawful content is prohibited.
  • 5.5. A highlight banner must relate to your server and must not contain prohibited, shocking or misleading content.
  • 5.6. The owner is responsible for their website content, server operation, reward delivery and communication with players.

6. Advertising and promotion

  • 6.1. Ad banners and highlight banners are moderated. A banner must comply with the law, must not be misleading and must not contain adult content.
  • 6.2. An ad link must lead to a public HTTPS page related to the advertised project.
  • 6.3. A rejected banner must be replaced. While a banner is under moderation or display is paused, paid days continue to run.
  • 6.4. Promotion does not exempt you from the Rules: display may be stopped for violations without compensation.

7. Vote API

  • 7.1. An API key is issued to a server owner only to retrieve votes for their own server and reward players.
  • 7.2. The key must not be published, shared with third parties or used in browser code. If the key leaks, reissue it immediately.
  • 7.3. Exceeding request limits, guessing other keys or using the API to load the Site is prohibited.
  • 7.4. The Administration may revoke a key in case of abuse.

8. Support and requests

  • 8.1. Be polite in tickets and messages. One issue — one ticket.
  • 8.2. Attach only files related to your request. Never send passwords or payment details.
  • 8.3. Spamming requests or deliberately misleading support may result in restricted access to support.

9. Penalties

  • 9.1. Depending on severity, the Administration may remove or hide content, cancel votes, reset a server rating, unpublish a server or ad, or ban an account temporarily or permanently.
  • 9.2. When an account is banned, all its active sessions are ended.
  • 9.3. The cost of paid services whose display was stopped for breaking the Rules is not refunded.
  • 9.4. Repeated or serious violations may lead to a permanent ban without warning.

10. Appeals

  • 10.1. You can appeal a moderation decision or a ban within 14 days: via a ticket in your dashboard, or by email to support@aory.top if you cannot access your account.
  • 10.2. Specify the account, server or publication concerned and explain why you think the decision is wrong.
  • 10.3. The Administration makes the final decision and replies to your request.
