Terms of Use

1. General provisions

These Terms govern the relationship between the Administration of AORY.TOP and the User.

1.1. The Terms apply to aory.top, its subdomains (including game section subdomains) and all services available on them (the "Site").
1.2. The User accepts the Terms by ticking the consent box during registration or by starting to use the Site. If you do not agree with the Terms, stop using the Site.
1.3. The Project Rules and the Privacy Policy are integral parts of the Terms.
1.4. The Administration may change the Terms. A new version takes effect once published; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the new version.

2. Definitions

The following terms are used in these Terms.

2.1. Site — the game server catalog and ranking at aory.top and its subdomains.
2.2. Administration — the owner of the Site and staff authorized by them (administrators, moderators, support staff).
2.3. User — any person using the Site, including without registration.
2.4. Server owner — a User who has listed a server on the Site and is responsible for it.
2.5. Server — a game project listed on the Site; World — a separate version or launch of a server with its own parameters.
2.6. Vote — a User's mark of support for a server, counted in the current month's rating.
2.7. Paid services — rating stars, server and world highlights, world pins and advertising.
2.8. Dashboard — the section of the Site for managing the account, servers, promotion, ads and support requests.

3. Registration and account

Some features are available only to registered Users with a confirmed email.

3.1. During registration the User provides a username, email address and password and agrees to provide accurate information.
3.2. Voting, reviews, comments, listing servers, Paid services and support requests are available after email confirmation.
3.3. The User keeps their password safe and is responsible for all actions taken from their account.
3.4. If the account is accessed without authorization, the User must notify support immediately, end unknown sessions and change the password.
3.5. The User may stop using the Site at any time and request account deletion via support.

4. User rights and obligations

The User uses the Site in good faith and for its intended purpose.

4.1. The User may browse the catalog for free, vote, write reviews and comments, list servers and contact support under these Terms and the Rules.
4.2. The User agrees to follow the Project Rules and the laws of the Russian Federation.
4.3. The User must not interfere with the Site: bypass limits and captcha, use bots or automated scraping, search for or exploit vulnerabilities, or create excessive load.
4.4. The User must not impersonate another person, the Administration or another server's administration.

5. Administration rights and obligations

The Administration keeps the Site running and enforces the Rules.

5.1. The Administration may moderate servers, worlds, banners, ads, reviews, comments and owner replies, and reject or hide them, stating the reason.
5.2. The Administration may restrict or block a User's access to the Site for violating the Terms or the Rules.
5.3. The Administration may change, add or disable Site features and carry out maintenance, including with temporary unavailability of the Site.
5.4. The Administration processes Users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5.5. The Administration usually reviews User requests within 5 business days.

6. User content

User content includes server and world details, banners, avatars, reviews, comments, replies and support messages.

6.1. The User guarantees that they have the rights to the content they post and that it does not violate third-party rights or the law.
6.2. By posting content, the User grants the Administration a free non-exclusive right to use it on the Site (store, reproduce, display and adapt it to the Site design) for as long as it is posted.
6.3. The User who posted the content is responsible for it.
6.4. The Administration is not obliged to pre-check all content but may remove or hide content that violates the Rules, the Terms or the law.

7. Paid services

Paid services are provided to server owners and advertisers through the Dashboard.

7.1. The list, terms and prices of Paid services are shown in the Dashboard when placing an order. The price at the time of payment applies.
7.2. Service periods are counted in calendar days, Moscow time. Rating stars are valid until the end of the current month and reset on the 1st at 00:00 Moscow time.
7.3. Selected pin and ad dates are reserved for the User after payment. Occupied dates are not sold again.
7.4. A service is considered provided from the start of the paid period. Banner moderation, display paused by the User or removal of the service by the User do not extend the period and are not grounds for a refund.
7.5. If a service was not provided due to the Administration's fault (for example, a prolonged technical failure), the User may contact support; the Administration will extend the service accordingly or refund the unprovided part.
7.6. If an account is banned or a server or ad is removed for breaking the Rules, the cost of Paid services is not refunded.
7.7. Paid services affect only the position and appearance of a server on the Site and do not guarantee player growth or any other commercial result.

8. Voting and the Vote API

Voting reflects players' support for servers and is the basis of the ranking.

8.1. Voting rules, limits and reasons for rejecting votes are set out in the Project Rules and on the voting page.
8.2. Votes and ratings of all servers reset monthly on the 1st at 00:00 Moscow time; votes from previous months are deleted.
8.3. A server owner can retrieve counted votes for their server via the Vote API using a key. Only the nickname, world, vote date and vote ID are shared; voters' accounts and IP addresses are not.
8.4. Vote rewards are granted by the server administration under its own rules. AORY.TOP does not grant rewards and is not responsible for them.

9. Limitation of liability

The Site provides information about servers but does not operate them.

9.1. The Site and its features are provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.
9.2. Game servers, their websites and social pages belong to third parties. The Administration is not responsible for their operation, content, payments and donations made on them, the safety of game accounts and player data, or the delivery of rewards.
9.3. The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by server owners or for opinions expressed in reviews.
9.4. Game titles and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to name catalog sections. The Site is not affiliated with the game rights holders.
9.5. The Administration is not liable for losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, except as expressly required by law.

10. Bans and termination

These Terms remain in effect while the User uses the Site.

10.1. The Administration may ban an account temporarily or permanently for violating the Terms or the Rules. All sessions of the account are ended on ban.
10.2. The User may appeal a ban as described in the Project Rules.
10.3. When an account is deleted, the data linked to it is deleted, except for information that must be kept by law.

11. Dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

11.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Before going to court, the User sends a claim to support@aory.top.
11.2. The response time for a claim is 30 days from receipt.
11.3. If a dispute cannot be settled out of court, it is heard in court under the laws of the Russian Federation.
